Poreganics, Inc. takes great pride in ensuring our products are beneficial to your skins health. We accept product returns within 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened (still contain the tamper seal) and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Poreganics gift cards are non-refundable and have no additional processing fees. Our gift cards are delivered by email and contain redeeming instructions inside. Sale and Promotional Items are excluded from returns and exchanges. WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM OUR WEBSITE WWW.POREGANICS.COM, NOT FROM OTHER RETAILERS.


NOTE: ALL ORDERS OUTSIDE THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES ARE FINAL SALE.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a the next business day.



Note: All refunds will incur a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from total purchase amount.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company again. The credit may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.


If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at return@poreganics.com.


SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


EXCHANGES

Currently we do not accept exchanges.


GIFTS

If the item was a gift and there is no receipt, we are unable to process a return. If you have the receipt and wish to return the item, please remember we will process the return under the purchaser’s account information and credit the purchaser.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Remember to securely pack all items. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Poreganics is not responsible for product returns that are lost or damaged in transit back to us.
