Vitamin C most notably known in oranges is also found in various fruits and vegetables. Did you know that eating bell peppers, dark leafy greens, kiwifruit, broccoli, berries, citrus fruits (ie mango, papaya, pineapple, oranges), tomatoes, peas, and papayas are all packed with high amounts of Vitamin C. Adding these fruits and vegetables to your well balanced diet will allow you attain youthful and glowing skin.

Try this quick smoothie recipe:

1/2 ripe mango, peeled and seeded

1/2 ripe papaya, peeled and seeded

1 ripe banana

1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice

1/2 cup skim milk (substitute with coconut milk)

1/4 cup nonfat yogurt (substitute with coconut milk yogurt)

1 teaspoon good honey

2 cups ice


Blend all ingredients together until smooth and ENJOY!!
